We’re here to make sure Pinpoint feels effortless and fun. If you run into a hiccup or have a question, email us at support@pinpoint.pw and a real human will jump in to help. We read every message and aim to make troubleshooting as simple as possible.
To speed things up, please include the email you use with Pinpoint, your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro or Pixel 8), your OS version, and the app version (Profile → Settings → About). Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and any steps to reproduce it. Screenshots or a short screen recording (under 30 seconds) are super helpful—especially if your issue involves the camera, location, or uploads. If you recently created or edited a pin, sharing its name or the approximate time can also help us pinpoint the issue faster.
We typically respond within 24–48 hours on business days, and we prioritize urgent issues such as login problems, repeated crashes, or suspected data loss. We’ll let you know if we need any additional details—no logs or technical exports are required unless we ask. For your security, please don’t send passwords, 2FA codes, or recovery links. We value your privacy, and any attachments you share are reviewed only to diagnose the problem.
